    Whoeever this 'Nellie" person is really needs to accept that gluten is an evil doer in this modern world. SHe should really embrace the fact that highly processed refined WHITE food is bad bad bad. The sooner 'Nellie' does this the better off she'll be. And her digestive system will say thank you very much.
