It Is White

Don't say...circular saw and cutting-in.

I've been showing-off some of my successes - so just to level the playing field - here are 2 of my serious failures.

The photo on the left is on the sleeper wall I built when we took the chook pen down...this is one of the support posts...you can't help but see that it is cut badly...it was the first time I had used the circular saw at an angle and assumed it would just cut thru but it hacked away and left it looking very sub-standard. Also note the one of the coach screws isn't screwed all the way in - got stuck. Plus - the whole post has split. It's still there for you to see next time you drop around.

The second photo is an example of my inability to paint edges - to 'cut-in' neatly. The other examples of poor painting were thankfully removed when we had 3 bedrooms professionally painted earlier this year. Mark my words, I will NEVER paint another wall unless it is white !
