Setting a cracking pace we walked for over 2 hours without a break.
Any benefits from our walk were surely undone by the feast of minestroni, garlic bread, wine and fancy cupcakes.

there's nothin' wrong with a good strng non-snapping walkin' stick...at least you didn't have a couple of rocks as your accessory.
