Don't say...calm down.
I have come to the conclusion that I like the "thought" of sleeping in. On the holidays like this - when I could easily sleep in - I just wanna get up. Having said that - so far it is 4 out of 4 successful 'Kindy' naps in the afternoon so I am very satisfied with that.
The kids regularly make Lisa and I a 'hot cottee' (which is their word for a hot drink) and bring it up to us in bed. The concept seems relaxing but how do you drink your coffee lying down ? I try sitting up to take a sip but that's not comfortable, so then I sit on the edge basically out of bed...however, I really enjoy these morning surprises.
While on coffee - I bought decaf yesterday and mixed it in equal parts with my Nescafe Espresso in an attempt to cut the caffeine....might help to calm me down.
